Account and Data Deletion

SajuAI provides two ways for users to delete their account and all associated data at any time.

Method 1. In-App Deletion (Recommended)

1. Open the SajuAI app → Bottom tab "My"
2. "Settings" → "Delete Account"
3. Read the notice and tap "Delete"

Upon deletion, the following data is permanently removed immediately.

Method 2. Email Request

If you cannot access the app, email us. Requests are processed within 3 business days.

• To: supports@tez.kr
• Subject: [SajuAI Account Deletion Request]
• Body: The email address or Apple/Google identifier you used to sign up

Data That Will Be Deleted

• Account identifiers (Apple/Google ID, Firebase UID, email, display name)
• Saju profiles (name, date and time of birth, gender, birthplace, calendar type)
• Analysis results and AI fortune teller chat history
• Saju Type test results and Compatibility Ranking data
• Ticket balance and usage history
• Relationship profiles (Saju info of partners/family registered)
• Anonymized usage telemetry (Firebase Analytics)

Data Retained (Legal Compliance)

Per Korea's e-commerce and tax regulations, the following are retained for a limited period.

• Purchase receipts and transaction IDs — 5 years (E-Commerce Act §6)
• Electronic financial transaction records — 5 years

These records are stored separately from identifiable personal data and are auto-purged when the retention period ends.

Processing Time

• In-app deletion: Immediate
• Email request: Within 3 business days
