1. Overview

TezStudio ("the Studio") respects user privacy in Basket ("the App") and handles personal data in accordance with applicable laws including South Korea's Personal Information Protection Act.

The App is a family shopping list tool that stores data on the device by default. Personal data is sent to the cloud only when the user opts into sign-in or family sharing.

2. Information We Collect

2-1. User-entered data (stored locally)

• Item names, quantities, unit prices, categories, notes
• Purchase status and timestamps, monthly purchase history
• Receipt photos (optional, only when user adds them)
• App settings (currency, notifications)

The above is stored on the user's device only (AsyncStorage and Realm DB).

2-2. Sign-in data (optional)

• Apple ID or Google ID — Firebase Authentication identifier
• Email address and display name — provided by Apple/Google sign-in

Not collected if you use the App as a guest.

2-3. Family sharing data (optional)

• Family group ID, member email and display name
• Shopping lists shared in real time within the group

Not collected if you do not use family sharing.

2-4. Advertising

• Advertising identifier (IDFA/AAID), device info, IP address — processed by Google AdMob

3. Data Storage and Location

• Local storage — primary location for all shopping data
• Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore) — only when signed in or using family sharing; hosted on Google Cloud
• All transport encrypted via HTTPS/TLS

4. Advertising and Analytics

For free users, the App may display Google AdMob ads. AdMob processes advertising identifiers, device info, and IP addresses. See the Google Privacy Policy.

iOS users may decline tracking via Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. All app features remain available even if tracking is declined.

5. Third Parties and Sub-Processors

We do not share personal data with third parties except for the following sub-processors:

• Google LLC — Firebase Authentication, Firestore (when family sharing is used), AdMob
• Apple Inc. — Sign in with Apple

The App does not transmit user-entered data to any external AI service (OpenAI, etc.) or analytics server.

6. Retention and Deletion

• Local data: removed when the user deletes items in-app or uninstalls the App
• Family sharing data: data linked to the user is removed when leaving the group or deleting the account
• iCloud / Google Drive backups follow the respective service's policy

7. User Rights

• Edit or delete data directly within the App
• Delete all cloud data via Settings → Account Deletion
• Email requests: supports@tez.kr

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 14 and does not knowingly collect personal data from them.

9. Security

• TLS 1.2+ encryption in transit
• Per-group data isolation enforced by Firebase Security Rules

10. Policy Changes

We will provide advance notice via the App or this page before any material change to this policy.
