1. Overview

TezStudio ("we") respects user privacy in FaceLapse ("the App") and handles data according to this policy.

2. Face Photos (Face Data)

What we collect

The App collects selfie images (JPEG) and their EXIF metadata (capture date) that the user explicitly adds by tapping the shutter button or importing from the device's photo library.

How face data is used

• Displayed chronologically on the Album screen
• Used to render timelapse video (MP4) or animated GIF
• User-selected color filters (LUT color matrix) applied to the user's own photos
• (Pro users) Eye Alignment — Apple Vision / iOS on-device face detection is used to obtain two eye coordinates per frame, then computes an affine transform to stabilize the timelapse. Face identity, face geometry, and face embeddings are NOT stored or transmitted.

Storage

Face photos are stored exclusively on the user's device (the App's sandboxed Documents directory). They are never uploaded to our servers or any external cloud.

Third-party sharing

Face photos are NOT shared with any third party. The advertising SDK (Google AdMob) does not access face photos. They are transmitted to other apps only when the user explicitly invokes the iOS Share Sheet (e.g., Messages, Mail).

Retention

Face photos are retained until the user deletes them in-app or removes the App. There is no automatic deletion. On deletion, files are immediately removed from the device's file system.

3. Advertising and Analytics

For Free users, FaceLapse may display Google AdMob interstitial ads. AdMob may process advertising identifiers (IDFA), device information, and IP address. See the Google Privacy Policy. Users may decline tracking via iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. All app features remain available even if tracking is declined.

4. Retention and Deletion

App data is removed when the App is uninstalled. iCloud backups follow Apple's iCloud policy.

5. User Rights

Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their data at any time. Contact: supports@tez.kr

6. Changes

If this policy changes, we will notify users via the App or this page.
