FAQ

Where are my photos and weight records saved?

All of your photos, weight, location nicknames, and notes are stored only on your device (in the App's private storage and local database). They are never sent to our servers or backed up automatically. They are added to your photo library (gallery) only when you tap Save or Share.

What happens to my records if I change phones or delete the App?

The App has no automatic backup, so changing devices or deleting the App can remove your records with it. If you use a device-level backup (iCloud, Google backup), restore follows that service's policy. Export the films and photos you care about to your photo library with Save beforehand.

How do I restore my Lifetime Pass?

Tap "Restore purchase" in Settings or on the Lifetime Pass screen. It is reapplied on any device signed in to the Apple ID or Google account you purchased with. The Lifetime Pass is a one-time payment, not a subscription.

Shoulder/hip auto-alignment is not working well.

Alignment detects your shoulder and hip joints in each photo. Check that: (1) your whole upper body is in the frame — step back if needed; (2) your body's center line matches the pose guide (front, side, back); (3) in mirror shots, no other person is visible in the mirror; (4) lighting is not too dim or heavily backlit — face the light source. If a frame still looks off, retake it aligned to the ghost of the previous photo.

I can't unlock the App.

If Face ID or fingerprint fails, you can unlock with the passcode (PIN) you set. If you forget the passcode, you'll need to delete and reinstall the App — doing so deletes the photos and records stored on the device (anything you previously saved to your photo library is unaffected). Biometric data is managed by the OS; the App never has access to it.

How is my data handled?

There is no account, and your photos, weight, location nicknames, and notes never leave your device. The App shows no ads. See the Privacy Policy for details.
